Four Solar stands by their customers irrespective of the vendor support. I have experienced this first hand recently. The vendor that provided me with solar power generating equipment dropped support inexplicably and left me without support. Four Solar was involved in the sale as a retailer. Four Solar provided me support even if it meant that they ended up incurring some expenses that they know they cannot recover from the vendor.I would not hesitate to go back to Four Solar for my subsequent needs.
